Refund Policy

Jewelry (bracelet & necklace) Return & Exchange Policy:

I do not offer returns or exchanges as all of my jewelry is handmade to order.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to work with you, making sure you are satisfied.  Please remember if you have any issues with your order you must:

  • Contact me within two (2) days of delivery (with pictures if damaged)

  • Ships items back within five (5) days of delivery with tracking number

*Due to these items being specifically handmade for you, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders.

Returns and Exchange details:

  • Please contact the the shop prior to sending anything back.  Do not send your items back without hearing back from the shop. 
  • I am unable to process refunds if you do not get a confirmation from the shop first.
  • Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. MUST PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER.
  • You must contact the shop within two (2) days upon delivery.
  • Always contact the shop FIRST so we can make arrangements.  I always try very hard to satisfy my customers!
  • Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  If you request that I change anything from the original piece as it is listed (such as beads, spacers, adding a charm, etc.) this now makes this a CUSTOM PEICE and is NOT REFUNDABLE AND RETURNABLE.
