How long will an oil last on a piece of diffuser jewelry?
It all depends on the type & quality of the oil. It can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
Why do we use lava rock stones?
Lava rock is porous, which makes it perfect for diffusing essential oils. Lava rock stones are also known to be a grounding stone, able to give you strength and courage and allows stability through change.
What are the benefits to having diffusing jewelry?
Since you can apply the essential oil(s) directly to the beads it works great for people who have highly sensitive skin, being as the oil is not applied directly to the skin. It is also a great way for you to be able to wear a piece of jewelry and have it be practical at the same time! Also, scent from the oils will last longer inside the lava rock stones as opposed to be being directly on the skin.
What if there is a problem with my order?
My hope is that you love my products as much as I do! I do my very best to ensure the jewelry is secured and crafted flawlessly. I also strive to package all of my products carefully but sometimes accidents do happen in transit. How do I apply the essential oil(s) to the lava rock stones?
Before you put on your jewelry, you simply apply 1-2 drops of your choice of essential oil(s) directly on the lava stones. I would start with applying it to one or two of the stones and then add it to more stones if desired.
How do I choose a size for the bracelets?
Each bracelet is approximately 7.5", which is the average size for women, but each bracelet is handmade at the time of the order, so I do recommend measuring your wrist, adding 1/2" to your wrist size, and then leaving it in the "Notes to Seller" section at check out. If I have your wrist size when you place an order, I can work diligently to make sure it is a close match to your wrist size.
How do I measure my wrist?
The easiest way to measure your wrist is with a tape measure. You simply wrap the tape measure around your wrist and then add 1/2" to the measurement. If you do not have a tape measure you can use a piece of string or something similar, wrap it around your wrist and then use a ruler to measure your wrist size.
What if I order the wrong size bracelet?
Each bracelet is handmade, just for you at the time of order. With that being said there are no refunds or exchanges. You can:
-Gift it to someone else and reorder a new one
-Send it back to, and we will be happy to restring it to your correct size. However, there are a few things to remember if you choose this route:
1.). You must send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, letting me know you will be sending the bracelet back for me to resize it. This way I will know that I should be expecting a package & what needs to be done when I receive it. This eliminates any confusion if I receive a package with a previous order.
2.). It must be sent via USPS with a tracking number.
I will resize your bracelet to the correct size you requested and mailed out via USPS within 72 hours.
How do I care for my diffuser jewelry?
Care is easy! You want to make sure you:
-Avoid strenuous activities, such as exercising, sports, etc.
-Do not sleep in your bracelet(s)
-Store them in a cool, dry place.
-Avoid getting them wet. I recommend you remove them while you take a shower and be cautious to not get them wet while doing dishes or washing your hands.
-Roll the bracelet down onto your wrist to avoid over stretching.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
NO, I DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I ask that you read each description carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions please send me an email before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order once it arrives or it arrives damaged please email me at email@example.com within two(2) days of its arrival and together we will work out a solution! If it is damaged please include pictures in the email within two(2) days of its arrival. I want all of my customers to be completely satisfied with their order!
Can you expedite my order?
My normal processing times are 5-7 business days, but if you need something sooner please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to get it out to you as soon as possible. Please remember that, once I drop off your package to USPS, it is out of my hands. I cannot guarantee their ability to deliver your package to you by a certain date.
