While creating your order, I strive to make sure everything is created with the exact information you provided. 

However, I am human, and mistakes do happen.  Once I receive your email with supporting documentation a new item will be sent to you free of charge. 

If you do receive your order and notice a mistake, on your part, you may reorder your item with the corrections.  If you'd like you can send me an email at handmadeessentiallyforyou@yahoo.com and let me know you have reordered a piece, and I will do my best to expedite that order for you!

  • Your new order number
  • Previous order number
  • First and last name
  • Contact information
